For your safety we have a weight requirement 0f 90-275 lbs for bungee. No recent surgeries. Rebound Classes coming for over 270. We are sorry but You may not participate if you are pregnant.
You may not participate under the influence of alcohol.
We advise not to eat about 30 minutes to an hour before class.
We suggest dark clothing as sweat shows up less. Leggings or bike shorts. A high Impact sports bra and tank top or fitted shirt. Non slip tennis shoes. Guys can wear padded bike shorts.
Sign up online. The classes are 45-50 minutes you will need extra time to bungee up and get out of the bungee.

You will need to bring your own water bottle, a sweat towel and hand weights if needed for class.
Your first class will be introducing the main moves and exercise on the bungee. This is level 1.0 after 2-4 classes on level one you will move to level 2.00 and level 3. You will enter your weight privately (online)so we know how to set you up. We will do a warm up to get you used to the bungee and how it feels. You may feel a little sore after your first class, but don't worry we have extra padding if needed, trust the bungee and you will love it.
